Jake was great - he identified the problem with our AC quickly and offered me a few solutions (rather than forcing me to do something i didn’t want to do!). He had the parts needed on his truck and was able to complete the repair that day. Definitely will call them next time I have an HVAC issue

I continue to be very pleased with the care I get from Botte. Ali was my tech and he was both professional and informative letting me know when we might expect to replace our units. I went up to view the system in the attic for the first time. He explained the parts and the age. All in all it was a perfect “check-up” and I look forward to a comfortable summer!

I had a great experience all around, from the office employees to the technician, Najee, everybody was polite, helpful, and friendly. My A/C system went down during the recent heatwave they were able to get somebody out the same day and stayed several hours until they had my system up and running again. I felt like they went above and beyond to take care of me. They have reasonable prices, took photos of all work being performed, and kept me informed about what they were doing. I will continue to use them for all of my heating and cooling needs.

Got my ancient system fully replaced and had a great experience. Very fair price, system works great so far, and I have some extra space on my walkway now. James came to do the tune-up on my heating . He was very professional and at the same time very friendly. He saw water around the unit. He showed me a picture of it and informed me that he will try to work around it. Surely enough he was able to check it and said that everything was in working order. Said it was pretty hot in the crawl space. He did the work in a timely manner. As always, I would recommend Good 2 Go to everyone. They are very reliable and very honest! They treat you as one of their family. They never disappoint and also get the plan. The plan helps a great deal!

I’m a new customer to AMBotte. My first service with them was a result of my pipes freezing. They gave me the same attention that I would have expected as a long term customer. More recently, I had them service my tankless hot water heater. I like the appointment reminders that they give and then they identify the technician that is coming and they let you know when he’s on his way. I look forward to our future relationship doing business with them.

Technicians are well spoken and trade educated. Vehicles are well marked and easily identified. Office staff is awesome. I would recommend this company to anyone that asks. Recently the Johns installed a new HVAC unit and converted my electric hot water heater to gas and again another AWESOME performance. Truly professionals in their field.

My experience with Good2Go was outstanding. Communication regarding setting up the appointment and arrival time was spot on. My service tech, Ameer, is/was very polite and professional. A very nice friendly young man. I will use their services again in the future.
