This was by far the best experience I've ever had!!!! I've dealt with this company before and this experience was even better than the last time. Mel Colvin was my plumber and he was not only knowledgeable but friendly,accommodating and most importantly HONEST. I don't want to deal with anybody else. The company told me he wouldn't be the until 4 pm. He showed up about 30 minutes after I called at 1230pm. He is a blessing. Thank you so much!!!

Water heater leaked and flooded basement total disaster on a Saturday morning. Called Am Botte and they had their tech Melvin at my front door in 15 minutes!! They also were able to connect me with a local remediation company. Water back on in an hour with brand new tank installed along with all of the standing water cleaned up.
